Why Choose Us?

Consultation
Dr. Kurdali takes a detailed health history, discusses your goals for treatment, and performs a physical examination to determine the next steps.

Testing
Imaging scans, such as X-rays or magnetic resonance imaging (MRIs), are used to clearly see the affected areas. Nerve testing, including electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction velocity (NCV), looks for pinched or injured nerves.

Same-Day Treatment
Once the diagnosis is confirmed, you start your treatment plan on the same day. This often includes interventional pain management techniques, such as steroid injections or nerve blocks. Physical therapy, chiropractic care, or lifestyle changes may also be recommended.

Ongoing Pain Management
We are here to ensure that the chosen treatment is effective and provides adequate pain relief for your spine, muscle, nerve, or joint condition.

Insurance
We accept all insurance carriers and Medicare, but do not accept Medicaid. We work with every patient to understand their insurance benefits and assist with the verification process.

Referrals
We do everything we can to keep you out of surgery, but if needed, Dr. Kurdali can refer you to his network of trusted specialists.
